What it does
A parent logs in once and lands on their child's view. From there they can follow attendance, marks, fees, the timetable and announcements, apply for their child's leave, and pay fees online — everything read-and-act in one place, and private to their own child. If a parent has more than one child at the school, a tap switches between them, so one login covers the whole family.
The same experience reaches families on the phone through a mobile app for both Android and iPhone, built from one codebase on the same backend. Push notifications mean a fee reminder or a published result pops up on the parent's device the moment it's sent.

Following the child
See day-by-day attendance and the overall percentage, exam report cards once published, fees due and paid with receipts, hall tickets, the class timetable and announcements — read-only and private to their own child.
Applying for leave
Request the child's leave with dates, a reason (sick, family function, travel, medical, other) and an optional note or attachment. The school approves or rejects it, and a parent can cancel a request that's still pending.
Paying fees online
The portal shows the child's dues and lets the parent pay by UPI, card or net-banking through the school's payment gateway, with the receipt available right after.
One app, Android & iPhone
Built with React Native (Expo) — one codebase for both phones, talking to the same backend as the web, so the data is always the same. Sign-in works like the web, held securely on the device.
Push notifications
The app registers the phone so the school's alerts — a fee reminder, a published result — pop up instantly. This is in place today and a fair thing to lean on while the rest of the app grows.
How a parent uses it
Sign in

Follow the child
They check attendance, read a notice, open a report card once it's published, and see what fees are due or paid.
Act
They request the child's leave for a family function, or pay the quarter's fees online and get the receipt instantly.

On the phone, push notifications keep the parent up to date — a fee reminder or a fresh result lands as it happens.
Honest status
The foundation is built: parent login, viewing the child, the fees view with online payment, leave applications, and the parent dashboard. The mobile app is at an early stage — secure login, home screens for parents and staff, and push notifications are in place.
Being finished: some portal screens — such as the detailed marks/result views — are still being completed, and the app is growing to mirror the full portal (attendance, marks, fees, timetable, notices and leave) on the phone. Lead with the web app as the complete product; the mobile app is a fast-growing companion.
